This is a summary of college only using two pictures; expensive as hell.

That’s my Sociology “book”. In fact what it is is a piece of paper with codes written on it to allow me to access an electronic version of a book. I was told by my professor that I could not buy any other paperback version, or use another code, so I was left with no option other than buying a piece of paper for over $200. Best part about all this is my professor wrote the books; there’s something hilariously sadistic about that. So I pretty much doled out $200 for a current edition of an online textbook that is no different than an older, paperback edition of the same book for $5; yeah, I checked. My mistake for listening to my professor.

This is why we download.

Spreading this shit like nutella because goddamn textbooks are so expensive.

not necessarily art related but as someone who couldn’t afford their textbooks this semester this is a godsend

Tainted Thoughts

irrevocablyobsessive:

For the sake of this Misty can read Cordelia’s mind. Honestly, I’d like to say there is a real, complex plot to this but it’s pretty much just smut and then, well… more smut. Also, I’ve never wrote Foxxay before so sorry if it is abysmal.

eyepatchesandpipes asked: Bananun! Satan!Mary and Lana have been fucking. When Mary Eunice is exorcised, she has to deal with her sinful feelings towards Lana

cordeliadays:

Lana avoids her gaze now. Now that she knows it wasn’t really Mary Eunice (although, she likely always knew, deep down). But Mary Eunice can’t stop staring. Can’t stop reliving the times that Lana – so desperate for affection, for human contact – would come to her, would leave sated, bruised and disgusted with herself and do it all over again mere days later.

The bruises on her own skin – still fragile, still human, regardless of what was inside of her - are a constant reminder. The remnants of still purple fingerprints on her neck should repulse her; she should feel guilt every time she spots the slowly fading bite on her thigh. But all she can think, as her fingers trace the edges of every mark, is how much she wishes to do it all again.

TUTORIAL BY PSCS5; How to make pastel GIFS.

  • Photoshop cs5 extended was used
  • TV Show: Teen Wolf
  • Please Like this tutorial if it helped you or Reblog to give reference to others!

This effect is simple to achieve. Like anything done in Photoshop, there are probably more ways to achieve the pastel look. But this is how I did it and how you can do it too. This will not work on most gifs because of the lighting in each scene. It’s not impossible but it’s much harder to get a really nice look to the gif.

In this quick tutorial, I’ll be showing you how to use fonts in your theme that you have the files for but that aren’t hosted on a web-friendly font site like Google Fonts or aren’t one of the built-in fonts.
Okay, so the first thing you need to do is upload the font file either to tumblr, itself, or to a file hosting site like dropbox. I’ve only ever done it with tumblr, but the tumblr site is super temperamental and the file’s don’t always upload. You might have to try the file twice before the site grabs it.
Go to the static file uploader, and choose your file. Upload it, and if it works a little box should show up displaying the url of your new file. You can’t get back to this url after you refresh the page or something, so be sure to save it somewhere!

Now go into your theme’s HTML editor and under the <style type="text/css"> tag type in the @font-face CSS code:
@font-face {    font-family: 'font name';    src: url('static file url');}
You’re going to have to fill in the details, though. Continuing with my example from above, your code should look something like this:

You don’t necessarily have to use the file name for the font-family name, but for this font they’re the same.
Next, scroll down to the CSS for whatever you want to use the font for. If you want to change all the font on your theme (for anything that isn’t specified elsewhere), look for the body{} tag. For the font-family attribute, add in the name of your new font.

You’ll probably want to change the font-size, too. (Most pixel fonts look best at 8px on web browsers, and that’s what I’m using here in this example).
And there you go! Update your preview, and you should have your new font displayed nicely on your theme.
